Wellington Cycle Works – Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery service selected.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch, where available

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order. Wellington Cycle Works cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate this with the delivery provider.

International Delivery

At this time, Wellington Cycle Works only offers delivery within the UK.

Click & Collect / Local Collection

Where available, local collection may be offered from our home workshop in Wellington, Somerset. Collection arrangements will be confirmed after your order has been placed.
